Script + Screenplay Development for Content Creators
Concept & Project Development
On-Set Script Supervision
Script + Screenplay Coverage
Industry formatting & text standardization
This is how I think about scripts:
A rock-solid script or screenplay does so much more than tell actors and narrators what to say. It is the backbone of any professional content production.
The script provides information vital to every other member in the production team: it tells producers how to budget for the work; it tells casting directors how to setup and structure effect calls-for-talent; it tells the MUAs and costumers and set designers what kinds of material they need to acquire to create the overall aesthetic of the work... the list goes on and on.
Producers and content companies today have little time to read scripts that do not scrupulously adhere to industry standards.
Some of these standards involve the formatting and presentation of the documents you submit—but some of the standards and particular those that pertain to the culture of the industry can benefit from first-hand knowledge of the domain.
Where I'm Coming From
In addition to my work as a script reader and screenplay consultant, I have spent decades writing for and about popular film and television and prepared literally dozens of books and articles for publication. I have served as a producer and script supervisor on numerous projects myself, and know where the script fits into the broader pipeline.
Beyond this I have what has been described as an “encyclopedic” knowledge of popular culture and I have probably seen everything you can think of.
Contact me and tell me where your project is at! I want to help take inclusive, meaningful and forward-looking content to the next level.

Inclusivity & Diversity
Inclusivity & diversity are two paramount aspects of every type of audiovisual content, and have preoccupied artists and filmmakers since the birth of cinema. From the obscure Alice Guy Blaché silent films that subverted gender stereotypes to Germain Dulac's queer subjects and Oscar Micheaux's racially-driven films, inclusivity and diversity remain as relevant as ever. I'm here to assist so that your content addresses these issues, without compromising your vision.
After all, the role of art is to make all of us better human beings.
